How to Reframe Your Thoughts
Thought: I have to make everyone happy.
Reframe: I’m responsible for my actions, not everyone’s reactions.

This one might be the hardest to learn, but it’s so freeing when you do. You can be kind, considerate, and thoughtful without taking responsibility for how everyone else feels about your choices. Their emotions are their job to manage, just like yours are your job.
