- With the same intention to document our family’s journey, I renamed Throwback Thursdays to Legacy Sundays. This modifies our blog schedule to accommodate current conditions.
It was late 2018 that a decision was made to start blogging again. However, just like many good intentions, it got relegated to the “not now/not yet” folder as we failed terribly in following through. This time will be another attempt to sustain the effort and build some momentum. Republishing old blogs as a means to build a family archive, I thought, will definitely contribute to this renewed initiative. And our Family’s Throwback Thursdays is born, which is renamed Legacy Sundays.

To Blog Again
Yes, we are not new to blogging. In fact, there was a season in our family life when Josephine and I devoted much of our time reading and writing. It was a time of introspection and conversations, which were necessary steps in our process of visioneering — to cast a bigger vision and set a new direction for our family back then.
Besides building a family archive, I am so looking forward to having fun and feel some nostalgia in doing Throwback Thursdays Legacy Sundays. It will be an opportunity to revisit what we wrote over 10 years ago. Our topics ranged from our obvious interest in parenting to our desire to travel, and from quaint subject matters like “happiness” to quirky ones like “insects”. The last one had to do with our former profession as entomologists in the academia and industry.
Lastly, I hope you are as excited as I am about this weekly project. See you next Thursday Sunday and walk with me down the memory lane.
