What is happiness?
I started my study of happiness in 2008, a unique period of my life when I was able to focus inward. From 2009 to 2011, I regularly shared what I learned in multiple blogs in the Blogger platform.
I am happy to look back at these “happiness is…” entries and truly appreciate where I am today because of what I went through 16 years ago. I hope you enjoy this happy image and also feel my thoughts behind it.
