I am thrilled to start my daily happiness project on Instagram.
Emboldened by small victories in being consistent in my activities for my physical fitness goal, I want to test the system that I’m using. But this time, I’ll use it to grow in skills.
I see a definite upside in both my own mindset and in making connections via Instagram. I am also hoping that it gives value to others looking for a good morning boost.
So starting today, I will be posting on Instagram about gratitude, affirmation, and reframing to begin each morning in a positive, powerful vibe. Yes, that’s from Monday to Friday for one year, or 5 days x 52 weeks = 260 posts.
